having been through multiple councelling sessions, i have got to admit that nowhere had i ever been so comfortable. i can sob my heart out with no fear of being judged. i could be so expressive there that i don't shy away from identifying my mistakes, which have only relegated me to living a stressful life. now that the expression is smooth, so is the procedure to rid myself of those flaws. i look forward to every single session
